Order

You do not need to sign up to place an order.

After completing your order, you will receive the following notification emails from us.

When the payment is completed, you will receive an email titled Your order has been received. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email titled Your order has been shipped containing the tracking code provided by the shipping company.

Tip: You can track the status of your order from the My Orders tab in the profile section.

You can make payments via EFT / Transfer, credit card on delivery, or Credit Card / Debit Card through iyzico during the order process.

Cancellation / Return

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can cancel the order as long as the products have not been shipped.

Check the status of your order from the My Orders tab in the My Account section on the homepage.

If your order status is Your Order has been Received or In Preparation, contact us with your cancellation request and reason through the following channels.

You can submit your return request through the Customer Service tab on the My Account page in the system. After your request, you can complete your return with the return code provided by our customer representative.

Customer Service -> New Message -> Subject (return) -> Order number -> Return reason

If you do not send the return within 7 days, you will need to obtain a new return code.

You must still be within the 14-day return period to get a new return code.

You can return items for free through Aras cargo with the return code provided by our customer representative.

The return process begins once the product reaches us. Your refund will be processed within 2 – 10 business days depending on your payment method.

Credit Card: 2 business days (It may take 1-7 days for the amount to be reflected on the card due to interbank transactions.)

Transfer / EFT: Next day

Product Delivery / Shipping

Orders placed by 5:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day and delivered within 1 - 5 business days.

Standard shipping fees are not charged for orders of 500 TL or more.

Other

You can change your notification settings from the Membership Information panel in the My Account section on the homepage.

You can also unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email sent to you.
